PLEASE NOTE:
Due to COVID-19; all in house deliveries will be contactless.
The driver will call 1-2 hours before delivery to make sure that someone is present to receive the basket. If you wish that we do not call the recipient please mention this in the "Add a note" section at the cart. (Please be sure to specify when the recipient will be home or the gift basket may be left with reception, a neighbour or on the front porch if the area is considered safe by the driver).

It is your responsibility to provide accurate recipient information; Full Address (including Apartment Number), Telephone Number, Buzzer Number etc. If a gift basket needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address information, a surcharge of $9.99 will apply.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Shipping to most Canadian cities typically takes 3-5 business days, due to COVID-19 some shipments may be delayed.
Please note: that delivery times will vary during the holiday season and shipments to rural route areas could take longer.
SHIPPING WITHIN USA
Shipping to most states typically take 5-10 business days. Due to COVID-19 some shipments may be delayed.

For multi basket shipping or delivery, please create a new order for each basket being shipped or contact us for assistance.

Orders received before 11:30 am EST within Waterloo Region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, New Hamburg, Elmira, Baden, Wilmot, Heidelberg, St Jacobs, St Clements, Conestogo, Bloomingdale, Breslau, New Dundee, Ayr and St Agatha) qualify for same day delivery.
