DO YOU SEND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
All orders placed with Imagine It Gift Baskets are confirmed via email provided to us at check out. If you wish to have alternative confirmation of your order, please leave us your phone number in the "notes" section at checkout. Stating you wish to have an alternate confirmation of your order.
WHAT ARE YOUR ONLINE ORDERING HOURS?
You can place an order 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please note that the order may not be fulfilled and shipped until regular business hours, if the order is placed on a holiday or outside of our regular business hours.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When placing an order you will receive a tracking number confirmation as soon as the Basket has been sent out for delivery. Please note that our in-house deliveries will not have a tracking number provided, but you will receive a notification when it has been shipped out, via the email provided at checkout.
